I will be reading my picture book What Would You Do If You Were Left at the Zoo? at Ciao Bella Café and Pastry Shop this Saturday at 1:30pm. Everyone will be able to hear me read a story as well as play my new storytelling card game. Game and book will be available for purchase.

Award-Winning Author Renee Hand will be at Lakeshore Learning on Saturday March 22nd from 11-3pm.

Lakeshore Learning will be having a science event with different stations around the store. Mrs. Hand will be offering a rock and mineral giveaway as well as talking about her interactive mystery series. Her books range from a picture book for K-1 grades, a science animal detective series for 2-4th grades and up, her interactive mystery series for 4th grade and up into middle school where readers get to solve puzzles inside of the books. She has also created a storytelling card game which is great for children of all ages to get their creative juices flowing. Can also be used for writing prompts. All of her books and games will be at the store for purchase.

Any questions about the event please call the store. It will be a fun day and a chance to meet the author and buy copies of her books.

I will be at the Barnes and Nobles in Ann Arbor on Washtenaw to do a book signing for all of my books. I will also be demonstrating my new storytelling card game. I have 2 events. One is on Saturday March 1st and on Saturday March 8th starting at 2pm. I look forward to seeing you there.

Hello Everyone,

I will be at the Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farm on December 22nd starting at 11am and will be there for most of the day signing copies of my picture book What Would You Do If You Were Left At The Zoo? for anyone looking for last minute gifts. I will also be signing copies of my other books as well.

This is an amazing farm with lots of unique and interesting features. The reindeer have been featured in movies and have been involved in many other events. Guests can also get pictures of with the reindeer as well. Ohhh what fun!

I will be at Kapnick's Orchard in Britton for their Apple Festival this weekend to celebrate my new release in my Joe-Joe Nut Series, The Secret of the Missing Arch. This is a mystery for children in 3rd grade and above. Also, with every book purchase, readers will be able to enter into a drawing to have me come to their school for a free author visit. Book Summary:

The town of Acorn Valley is a buzz with the news of an art fundraiser at the elementary school that will help local animals in need who lost their homes because of inclement weather. With the whole town getting involved, famous area artists like Claude Monet Mongoose, Georgia O’ Giraffe, Vincent Van Goat, and Pablo Picasso Peacock all attend so they can each auction off a weather painting coinciding with the fundraising theme. It isn’t until Dr. Ced E. Meant’s presentation at the Metropolitan Museum before the event where, during a presentation where he discusses his findings concerning the erosion of some area parks, he discovers his research has been stolen, which contains information the world would be interested in knowing. At the fundraising event, truth’s unfold that will baffle detectives Joe-Joe Nut and Biscuit Bill leading them to suspects they never thought could have committed the crime. Will they be able to solve the case before Dr. Ced E. Meant’s research goes global? Join the detectives on their journey in learning about the topics of weather, erosion and art. Look for various activities in the back of the book to enhance learning.

Hello Everyone,

Just to let you know that I will be at the 29th Annual Chesaning Music Boosters Christmas Arts and Crafts Show to be held November 23rd and 24th at the Chesaning Middle School (431 N. Fourth Street) and Chesaning High School (850 N. Fourth Street). I will be at the high school selling all of my books.

The show hours will be open to the public on Friday 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and on Saturday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Come join in and see all the wonderful gifts for Christmas.
